How To Get Healthy Hair

Have you always wanted that shiny, sleek, smooth hair? Every does right? I'm going to be telling you guys a few ways that you can get that healthy hair. I used to have very frizzy hair and it did not look good at all, but after a few research I found a couple ways to improve my hair. I have to admit that at times, i did get lazy following these steps everyday, but I managed. Now then enough of that. Let's get started!




1. Use Products properly- Before applying the shampoo and conditioner, you should emulsify them in your hands, and then massage it onto your roots, and then move down to the sides of your hair.

2.  Don't Overwash- As silly as that may seem, you shouldn't wash your hair for too long because the shampoo can make your hair dry. Try washing your hair for 2-3 times a week and don't wash for the other days.

3. Deep condition- If you like to style your hair with a hot iron, then you should try to deep condition once a week. If your hair is already damaged, you should use a hair mask in place of your conditioner.

4. Keep The Heat Away- When you are blow drying your hair, you should try and not stay in one spot for too long because the heat can damage your hair. You can also use a heat-protectant spray to protect your hair from the heat.

5. Don't suffocate your strands- Even though silicon products are great for preventing frizz in your hair and making it shiny, don't apply them before heat styling because they can have a shrink wrap effect.

6. Diet- If you are dieting and you lose hair, then it probably means your diet is inadequate. You should be eating foods with the omega 3- fatty acids, and protein foods.
