Oolong Tea Can Make You Beautiful!

     I hope you all are doing great today! If not, I'm sure today's post till brighten up your day. If you guys remember, I did a post about the beauty benefits of green tea a while ago. You can view it here. I thought I will do another post about tea, but this time I 'm going to write about the beauty benefits of Oolong tea. If you really like tea, keep reading because this will make you love it even more. Enjoy!

1. Control Obesity
Oolong tea contains poly phenol which helps maintain the metabolism of fat in your body by activating specific enzymes. Drinking Oolong tea daily, will help with weight loss by accelerating lipolysis which helps the body burn more fat. I prefer drinking Oolong tea daily as a weight loss solution rather than going on a hunger strike to lose weight. It is a much more healthier choice.

2. Skin Treatment
Atomic Dermatitis is a sin disease that causes the skin to become red, itchy, and flaky. This condition does not work with conventional treatment, but a 2001 study by Shiga University showes that drinking Oolong tea can help with atmoic dermatitis. In this study, the patients had normal dermatological treatments and drank about 1 lit. of Oolong tea daily. The results showed that most of the patients had improvements after a month of drinking Oolong tea.

3. Prevents Hair Loss
Oolong tea has antioxidants that are known to ensure proper metabolism. If their are any changes in this metabolism, it could result in hair loss. Making a tea rinse from the leaves of Oolong tea, are great for preventing excessive hair loss.

4. Improves Cardiovascular System
If you drink Oolong tea everyday, it is known to reduce your cholesterol levels which decreases your risk of having heart attacks. Research proves that people who drank 1-6 cups a day can help lower the risk of having cardiovascular diseases.

5. Stress Relief
Just like green tea, oolong tea can help reduce stress. If you're someone who is constantly working, take a few minutes to drink some oolong tea. The polyphenols in oolong tea act as a stress reliever, and help control mood swings. Drinking oolong tea during the day helps you maintain your focus and increase mental agility.
