Eat All You Want Without The Extra Weight

     Hello, I know I have been making false promises, but I've been working on a few projects of my own lately and hopefully I will be able to publish them onto my blog for you all to see. It will be done soon, so please stay with me for awhile more. Anyway, today I wanted to add onto my health and fitness tips for you all. If you remember, I have said that I will provide you a list of food that you can eat without the extra weight gain. Hope you all find this helpful and enjoy!


1. Nut Butter and Fresh Fruit Salad
This may not be something you would normally eat, but trust me, it is actually really good. It comes with a lot of protein, antioxidants, and vitamin C. This would be the perfect snack to eat before a long workout or when you wake up and want a really nice breakfast before going to work or school. It is also very quick to make and easy to put together.


2. Popcorn
You may think popcorn is very unhealthy and fattening, but actually when amino acid is consumed with carbohydrates, it becomes more effective in aiding the body production of serotonin. There was a study taken and published in  Acta Psychiatrica Scandinavia which says that food containing tryptophan helps improve your mood. Also, 3 ounces of popcorn equal to 1 ounce of while grain. Who wouldn't want to eat popcorn during their favorite movie anyway?


3. Avocado
Avocados contain healthy fats that help control your belly fat. They are also good at controlling your mood, and there was a study saying that people who ate food like avocados were less likely to become depressed. If you don't like eating the avocados alone, you can also add it to your sandwich, make a dip out of it or even put it in your rice. 

4. Cereal
The most common food we all might have eaten before. Honestly, I eat cereal almost every morning. Make sure you are eating the whole wheat cereal, then you are good to go. You can also add in some fruits if that is your preference. This is probably the most easy one to make and very quick solution if you are on the go.

5. Super Salad
Salad is the most basic one that is perfect for losing weight. You can add any fruits, nuts, and vegetables that you want. Anything is possible when your making salad, and it is one of my favorite dishes to make after I finish my dinner because salads have a lot of antioxidants, vitamins, and omega-3 all put into one dish. Perfect for a post workout reliever. 

     After writing about all these delicious foods, I'm getting a little hungry myself. I hope you all enjoyed today's post and found it helpful for your daily workout.
