Pura D or' Review

Monday, May 4, 2015

Hey everyone! I am back with another product review. I don't usually put a lot of products into my hair, but I was asked to review this product from Pura D or' and this is basically a treatment oil for you body, hair, and face. Like many of the products that I have reviewed, this is also made from natural ingredients. To give you guys a little insight on this treatment oil, it's supposed to help treat wrinkles, reduce the appearance of scarring, and helps repair damaged hair. It's supposed to be safe for all skin types because they don't add chemicals, but I am a bit hesitant on using this product for my face. I will tell you more about it later. Let's get started! :)

I use the argan oil mainly for my hair because I think it works better. I have noticed that it does makes my hair feel smoother and also appear more shiny which is awesome! My hair tends to be frizzy during the humid weather, and I have tried a few products to help combat the frizz, but many of them just didn't do it for my hair, so I was a bit skeptical about this treatment oil at first, but I did notice improvement in my hair. The best thing about it is that it doesn't have any added chemicals, so it's also environmental friendly. Also if you are on a budget, then I do recommend this treatment oil because it does work well for its price.

Earlier, I mentioned that I didn't use this product for my skin. The reason for that is because I am not a fan of putting oil on my skin due to my acne problem, and I am already using a lot of different products for my face alone. I have also noticed that if I am overdoing it with the products, I tend to breakout like crazy, so I keep this treatment oil away from my skin, and I did hear that people have said it didn't cause their skin to breakout, so perhaps it's just my problem.  I also wasn't a huge fan of the scent from this oil which is another reason I keep it away from my skin.

This may be irrelevant for some people, but I thought I'd show you guys how I apply the oil onto my hair. I usually put the oil on after I wash my hair and let it dry. I spray at least 2-3 drops onto my hand and rub them together. Then I comb my hands through my hair to make sure I get to the roots which is the part you want to apply the oil to. Hope this helped. :)

So, that's all I have for today. If you any of you guys tried this product out, please let me know what you thought of it along with nay questions you have. I also wanted to let you guys know that I will be doing my very first giveaway on Instagram very soon! Maybe around May 10th. I will be partnering up with a few other bloggers for this giveaway, so stay tuned! xx
Have a wonderful day!
