Black on White

Summer is approaching, and that calls or more tees and shorts, and stocking up on bikinis. I'm pretty sure many of us are excited to spend time with friends and family this Summer, and hopefully go somewhere with a nice beach. One of my few dreams is to create a bonfire at the beach. I've been looking at Instagram and Pinterest for too long, and whenever I see a photo of a bonfire, it just creates a feeling in me. If any of you have ever built a bonfire, please let me know how that went. Anyways, I've put together another style post which I like to call black on White for obvious reasons. This look was inspired by all those music festival scenes that I never got to go to. If I ever did go to a music festival, I would definitely have styled my outfit this way. I think anyone who has been to a music festival could agree that it is extremely hot, and if you are going to be on your feet all day in the sun, you'd want to wear something comfortable yet chic. I wore a black kimono over a white cami crop top with cacti prints on because I am a huge cacti fan. I paired them with a black legging and a black bucket hat which I have been digging lately. I thought the whole outfit was simple and stylish, and perfect for the summer. If you think the leggings may be too hot, I would also go for black high waist shorts or any black short really. I think the outfit isn't too overwhelming, and goes perfectly together without the patterns of the cami and the kimono clashing, and the hat adds a nice statement to the whole look. :)

What I'm Wearing: Top- Forever21 // Kimono- Choies // Hat- Kangol
