What is Studyblr?

Saturday, August 27, 2016

Hello! Back with another college post. I hope you all have been doing well and for those who have started school, I hope everything has been fine for the first couple weeks. I know I'm already trying to pull all nighters trying to finish homework, but of course that won't stop me from posting another school related blog post. For those of you who love going on Tumblr and has become a bad habit, there is a way that Tumblr can be good for your studies, so next time you can tell your parents that you're on Tumblr for school, but still try to limit yourself from scrolling through an endless loophole cause I know we've all been there at least once. I discovered this trend going on Tumblr not too long ago and I have been obsessed with it! It's called Studyblr and it's basically a community of students who share there notes on Tumblr and school tips as well. I've found a bunch of amazing studyblr accounts with beautiful handwritten notes and a few that give great Spotify playlists for studying and if your ever feeling stressed, just remember that your not alone. Many of these users go through the same problems and it's really encouraging to read about it. Creating a studyblr account is fairly simple. All you need is a catchy title for your blog. It could be anything, like "(Your Name) Studies" or (Your Major Notes). Just something simple, and you can post anything that is related to your class or school such as notes, photos of your work space, your school, or tips. I think this is great for students who enjoy looking at beautiful handwritten notes because I know I do. It even makes me want to create a studyblr of my own. I will list a few of my favorite studyblrs below. :)

If you guys have time, go check them out. Let me know what you guys think and if any of you have been a long time studyblr lurker, please leave your recommendations below cause I need to increase my list. I hope this post was helpful or eye opening in some way. Please let me know if you want me to touch on any other subjects. Thank you and have a wonderful day! :)
