Hello
It's currently finals season, and I'm sure for any of you who are in college are very busy studying for exams. For the past few weeks, I was pretty obsessed with smoothies and learning new smoothie recipes. I was looking for something that would be both healthy and nutritious. I notice that I have been lacking on eating my vegetables. I learned about green smoothies and was intrigued to try a few. There were a few hit and misses, but I eventually narrowed it down to my favorite one. Today's blog post is a bit exciting for me, I decided to put together a post on my favorite green smoothie recipe, and would love to share with you all. Having a good source of nutrients is essential, and I think that smoothies are a great to get those brain juices flowing, and give you the energy you need to push through. I wanted to share with you all my favorite green smoothie recipe for when I'm busy studying on a school day or as a morning wake me up. This smoothie is packed with kale and spinach, and for those of you who are not the best at eating your veggies like me, I also added bananas to balance it out and add some sweetness to the smoothie. As a college student, I realize that I'm leaning more towards smoothies to fill me up before class in the morning because their fast and easy to make. You can literally throw a bunch of your favorite fruits and veggies, blend them up and call it a smoothie. I think smoothies are perfect for any lifestyle. If you are a busybody or not the best at keeping their breakfast schedule, then smoothies would be great to keep you energized and full throughout your morning. This is my very first recipe post, but I hope you guys enjoy it! :)
