Ritual Essential for Women Vitamin

Happy May and I hope you guys are all doing well! I felt like I've been more productive over the past few days by planning out my daily routine and staying more focused on blogging and trying to keep up with my deadlines. I feel that as I'm trying to balance both work and leisure time by scheduling designated days and times for both, I can get a lot more done even if I'm just lounging around at home. It has definitely been a struggle getting used to this new lifestyle, but it has also opened up more opportunities for myself that I never thought I would do. I have begun focusing more on my health and building a more positive lifestyle change for myself. On my off days, I would spend my mornings working out for 30 minutes and that usually wakes me up and makes me feel more productive. I wanted to start focusing more on my health, so I have decided to start trying Ritual's Essential for Women vitamins which is a multivitamin made for women and provides them with the nutrients they may not be getting enough of out of their daily diets. I am pretty bad at keeping up with what foods I need to eat in order to maximize my health, so I thought this would be a great option to try out. I have been testing it for about 3 weeks now, and wanted to give you guys my honest review on it. This post is sponsored by Ritual, but this review is my complete honest opinion.

Ritual is a company founded by Katerina Schneider who wanted to create clean prenatal vitamins, and the company believes that better health begins with better ingredients. Ritual sources their ingredients straight from suppliers to combine clean and absorbable ingredients at a fair price offered directly to their consumers. The brand offers three types of vitamins; Essential for Women, Essential Prenatal, and Essential for Women 50+. The one I'm currently taking is the Essential for Women which is the first product to be released from Ritual. It basically gives women the nutrients they may not be getting in their daily diet. The vitamins are vegan certified, non-GMO, gluten-free, and dairy-free. These vitamins were made to help fill the gaps in women's diets and helps support the brain with Omega-3s, blood and heart health with iron, and the bones with Vitamin K. The pills are convenient to take and start at $30 for a bottle.
Ritual Multivitamin Review
After trying it for 3 weeks now, I have definitely noticed a lot of good things about these vitamins. I love how transparent they are with their customers and tell us exactly what their ingredients are and where they are sourced from. The vitamins come in forms of pills that are packed with vitamins B3, omega-3, vitamin k2, magnesium, and much more. I also love that all the pills are non-GMO and vegan. You won't magically notice a huge difference after taking these pills, but after taking it for 3 weeks, I did notice a change in my energy levels. However, that could also be the result to some lifestyle changes I made for myself. What I'm basically saying is that these pills aren't a one stop solution to all your health benefits. There are many different factors that go into living a healthier lifestyles. Upon testing these vitamins out, these are some things that I would like to mention out about the product:
  • The pills smell minty. It definitely does not make you feel like you're taking a pill. It has a nice and refreshing scent which makes it more enjoyable to take.
  • Pretty affordable for all the nutrients your are receiving in one pill.
  • Transparency is also a huge plus for me as It's always important to know what you are taking and where it's being sourced from
  • Taking the pills are convenient. You take two pill each day, one in the morning and one at night or whatever time suits you best.
  • One downside of these vitamins are that the pills are kind of large, but they're still easy to swallow.

Overall, I would recommend trying these vitamins out if you are on the market for some good multivitamins. You can check them out here. This product definitely helped get me into the habit of looking out for my health and taking multivitamins daily. It takes away the work of trying to figure out which nutrients you need to take since they're all in one capsule. I hope you all enjoyed this review and found it helpful if you are searching for a good multivitamin or are thinking of starting multivitamins. If any of you have tried Ritual's before, please let me know you thoughts about it and what your tips are for living a healthier lifestyle.
